The Model 1 is the inaugural timepiece from Alpharo, and it breaks with convention in a deliberate, thoughtful way. Curved hands trace a spiral dial, each curve echoing the passage of time in a form that feels organic, flowing, and mathematical.

Sculpted spiral dial
Each dial features a three-dimensional stamped spiral pattern, adding depth and texture that bring the surface to life. Every colour variant reflects light in its own way, revealing new character as it moves on the wrist.
Maelstrom Blue: A translucent lacquer dial with a fumé gradient. The translucency of the blue lacquer shifts with changing light.
Cyclone White: A bead-blasted silver dial that transitions from crisp white to metallic silver, revealing a subtle sparkle under direct sunlight.
Galaxy Black: A charcoal sunburst dial with a fumé gradient. The radiating finish plays with light across the dial’s contoured surface.
Curved hands
The curved skeleton hands hover delicately above the dial’s spiral, echoing its flowing geometry beneath. Depending on the variant, they are either heat-blued steel, shifting from deep navy to flashes of bright blue as light catches their surface, or bead-blasted and rhodium-plated, offering a refined, matte contrast. Each is crafted to complement the depth and finish of the dial.
Geometric art on your wrist
The Model 1 draws inspiration from non-Euclidean geometry, where space bends and curves beyond classical rules. On the caseback, a debossed Poincaré disk pays tribute to the 19th-century breakthrough that reshaped our understanding of geometry – and, ultimately, of space-time itself.
Production Changes
- A small pinion cap with turned finish will be present on the hand stack.
- "Model 1" will be engraved on the caseback after "Alpharo".
